What they and or you can't do is more related to images and posts however I believe you still appear in listings and what not.

No they actually can't see your profile. To them AND you, it's like the other person doesn't exist on Facebook. You guys can't see anything about each other.

No when they block you they can't see your profile and you can't see theirs.
