Lately, Ive been seeing a lot of photos on instagram that have those doodles on them? I would really like to know what app it is. I've literally spent hours trying to find it in the app store but i didn't find anything. So if anyone knows how that person used to edit the pics, please give me the app or what ever it is. #desperate (The pic that im talking about is my profile pic btw.)

I think that you have to edit them out side of Instagram
