Facebook is getting retarded now and is blocking everyone for simply trying to meet new people (the WHOLE POINT of the site). I know there's a dislike button you can add on... but is there a way I could add on another friend request button to send people friend requests?

You can not override site security settings. That would allow anyone to mess with other people's sites.
