acebook does allow you to block certain games, this will stop you getting the requests and all those news feeds that appear. At the top of the page you'll see your name, find friends, home, and a down arrow. Click the down arrow and go to privacy settings. You'll scroll down until you see "Blocked people and apps". This is the option you want.

Click on "manage blocks" and it will bring up several options for you. To block certain games, scroll down to the last option, "Block apps". Then just type in the name of the apps or games you want to block and presto! It's done! Unfortunately, you have to list each app or game you want to block. You can unblock them later by going to the same area and clicking next the app "unblock". There are some scripts out there you can get to automatically do it for you or unblock them all at once.

When you receive a notification (Red) click on notifications then press on cross x , choose turn off game notification. You need to do this to all different type of games. Game Requests will be disabled. You can do this for all type of notifications.
