ok i understand that if i have an email account & i haven't log on in 12 months it will be deleted. But what if i cant log in into my facebook & i need to reset my password? But i cant log into my yahoo account anymore. Is there anything i can do or i lost my facebook as well?

If you Dont Know the Password Than you Wont Be Able to Get Back In Unless you Can Have Access to your Email
