We're gonna use the name autumn and Robert. If I comment on Roberts picture can autumn see that i commented on his photo even though she's not friends with Robert?

If autumn clicks on roberts name and robert is public then yes. If he is private then no.
It does not alert autumn when u coment on other peoples pictures though.

Go to the Account setting.
Then choose you who can see your comment.

The only way Autumn will be able to see the comment is if your friends with her or if Robert profile is on public. If you aren't friends with Autumn and Robert profile is on private than no Autumn can't see the comment.
