When I try to change it, it just says a bunch of poop about me being under 18 and idk... help!! Thx so much!

People only have one birthday. So Facebook only let's you enter it once. If you want it to say something else, messaging Facebook staff or starting a new profile would be your only options. However, messaging the staff probably wouldn't get you far.
