I've seen these hashtags on tv movies. I.e. #escapeToHaven, #romeoMurder Movie on Lifetime.etc. just wondering what you do with them? Are they for certain cellphones to use or any kind? Thanks.

If you have a Twitter account you would type in the hashtag given and see what other people are saying about that topic.
