I have an obsession with liking, un-liking, and re-liking pages on Facebook. So how can I go about making it less noticeable?

Go to your Likes
Click the pencil icon on the top right corner
Click "edit privacy"
Choose "only me" for all the various Like categories
No one should see your Likes or when you like something.

goto activity log in your account and hide or share what you like only by clicking on pencil mark icon
