i read the article about this on facebook itself that facebook is paying money to those who report them about bugs but the article said to report bugs only about security issues.
but i have discovered a bug which is not a security issue.
so , will i get money for reporting that bug ?
and last of all where and how to report bugs on facebook and what's the legal and secure procedure ?

No, maybe you will not get money for reporting a bug which is not related to security issue.
Now facebook tends to pay money to only those people ....
people who tend to attack the core security of facebook ......
that security which tends to hurt the social status of the employees (including its creator and owner) of facebook.

Hey why don't you just go and STILL report it? I mean - let them decide if they want to pay you for that or not?
