soRry, nO idea. if it was deactivate for a while den u may log in into any time and ur facebook would re-active.
if its deleted from facebook data server den i don't think there's any idea to gain again.

If someone tried to delete it you must got an email in ur id showing you the notification. In that if you within 15 days log in to your fb account you vl get access to it. But if it crossed that 15 days then its not possible to regain.

Sorry but no, once your account has been permanently deleted there's no way to get it back.
