Someone posted a picture of me on Instagram on their profile and she's calling me fat. I don't even know her! How do I report this person? She set herself to private so i cant see the photo or what she's saying about me!

look for a contact section somewhere on the website , idon't use instagram so i don't know. There should be some way to contact them . Also message the person and try to scare them, say you will take legal action against them if they do not remove the picture of you.
the guy above me is an idiot , they can't use your picture without ur permission , why do you think they blurr out peoples faces on tv sometimes? Because they didn't sign a waiver saying they could use them

Yes its going to be three dots by the pic somewhere click on it and it gives you the option to report it...If you can put her ig name in additional info we can report it for you
