Someone has tagged me in a comment on a status they wrote (but didn't tag me in the actual status), can my Facebook friends see it, or will it just be their friends ?

No but only if they are friends with them and look in the comment section.

Depends on the Post Setting if Its Set to Friends Only Than They Can Only See it if They are Friends With that Person if its Set to Public Than They Can See it

If your friend makes that post as "Friends" then your friends can`t see it except mutual friends. But if she makes the post as "Public" then you friends can see it
