There is a Facebook fan page which displays a lot of sexually explicit material (just shy of nudity), along with promoting illegal activities (mainly graffiti and shoplifting tools). I reported it to Facebook, but they haven't done anything, and I'm quite shocked. Maybe because I'm just one person and they don't care.

Not every image is sexual, but the further down the timeline you go the more shocking it gets. I don't think it's right for kids and whomever to access this kind of material. What are your thoughts, and what should I do to get it banned?

You can't. It's free speech. Even if it's not allowed on Facebook, they aren't going to do anything about it as there are millions on pages like this. You need to be 13+ to join Facebook. If a kid logs on as an underage user, then the parent is at fault. Those are the Facebook rules.
And just so you know, I'm against it too. But it's not your call this time.
