I know you can block people, but what if they go to a mutual friends friend list - can they find you there? Or if they use someone else's account to search for you, they will be able to find you. Is there any way to stop that? Would making yourself not come up in Facebook searches work, and if so how do you do that?

No if you block them there is now way they can find a trace of you unless someone adds a picture and tags you in it it wont show you are tagged . They log on as someone elses account Thay you havent blocked they can see you
