wanted to get a message to lots of my friends on Facebook so i started message and invited everyone. the problem i have is i didn't think it threw and now everyone's getting mad because they keep getting messages every time someone comments. iv told them they can leave the conversation but some people just don't get it. so is there a way to delete people from it or delete the message so no one gets any more messages

Of course there's a way. The discussion has a tab of the top-right corner. You can limit the visibility to exclude specific people, or even only to yourself. You are also allowed to delete the whole message.
