get pictures of what a lot of people like in common and see what audience you want to target like, cute pic of clothes, nailpolish, one directionsomethig like that

I got followers on that quite fast! Then again it's people I know. Just take pictures of things people would like! And you should gain some.

use alot of hashtags when posting pics, look for people at your school or sometimes it will say so and so from facebook (friends) have created one...and FOLLOW OTHER PEOPLE MOST IMPORTANT
