there is some girl in my neighbour hood and she lies all the time. Whenever I try to tell her that I don't like her I get scared and I don't . She is very irritating too

Just ignore them liars ^^ there is no real reason to pay attention to someone who is untrue all the time ^^. Find yourself another friend to hang out with.
