I gave "the door" as my answer. My friend said that the correct answer was "eyes", but I stand by my answer.
"You can be 'awake' with your eyes still closed", my friend said.
Then i replied, "I agree, but how the hell would you know that it's 3:00 AM with your eyes closed? Therefore, your eyes should've been opened already. If the correct answer was the Eyes, then the question should have been, 'What WAS openED first?"

i would say mouth. if i'm woken up in the middle of the night i often yawn first (which is impossible with your eyes open)

eyes would make sense. it doesnt have to happen in that order. the doorbell rings and you wake up, your eyes open, then you proceed downstairs to find your parents at the door. it's just some smartarse trying to throw you off the scent
