I see people on Instagram uploading pictures of a song their listening too. How do I do that?

You do what's called a "screenshot" by simultaneously pressing the lock button (small button on the top right of your iPhone) and the home button. Your screen should flash and your phone should emit a sound (maybe unless it's on silent) to confirm it worked.

Press the home button and button to turn it off at the same time, to take a screenshot.
