I can use internet explorer, get my email, look things up on the internet, but not facebook. I have a wireless 4G card. Is the problem with the card, or signal? It's showing full signal.

IE Is a Bad Browser Try Visiting Facebook on a Different Browser if its not Working its Possible Facebook may Be Blocked on your Network If you Have a Filter Turned on or a Block Website Program On your Network Check and Make Sure Facebook is Allowed if None of those are it Than its Facebook Nothing you Can Do But Wait For them to Fix it
