How long do old Facebook accounts [usually] take to deactivate? - ↯ Ω ‡ - 12-28-2013 08:13 AM

So I stumbled upon an old Facebook account of mine and I did the "Report/block > This is my old profile > Close this account" process. How long do they usually take to deactivate?
So what would be a better approach to delete it?

well first you need to understand that "deactivate" and "delete" are not the same thing

secondly, you need to understand that just because you report a profile as "your old profile" it doesnt actually get deleted unless you can prove that it was your old profile, because if facebook let you do that without proof, then anyone could get anyone else's profile deleted for no reason

Just Because you Report it That Does Not Mean They will Delete it They Probably Wont Delete it unless you Give them Proof That It Was your Old Account

If you Know the Login Information Just Log Back Into that Account and Go to Account Settings Than Hit Deactivate

Or if you Want to Get Rid of it For Good Completely Go Here

https://www.facebook.com/help/delete_account

Once you Click on Delete my Account

In 14 Days It Will Be Completely Gone as Long as Nobody Logs Into it

If you Cant Access your Old Account than There is Nothing Else you Can Do
