...does it say "no activity" when you click on stuff like friends and videos and activity and stuff or would it say private or friends only or something? And if someone's Facebook is private can you still send them a message without being their friend? I'm trying to find out if this person's profile is private or not because they have no picture and no information.

Yes you can send them a message without friending them and also it does say if there profile is private. It does not say no activity
