I have tried to sign up on Instagram and it says "There is to many users sign up on this device" is there any other way? I only have a ipad no computer just ipad.

Instagram app?
Just download the app, and sign up for an account from the home page of the app. No online application, just click "Sign up for an account" or something like that, and it'll take you to a form to fill out.

Download Instagram to your iPad and sign up from the app. It's an iPhone only app so you have to search for Instagram in the iPhone tab. Instagram on my iPad no longer plays Instagram Videos. It's optimized for iPhone only.
