Facebook account can be deactivated at https://www.facebook.com/deactivate.php

Well, buddy it is simple log in from any device go to settings (if using cell phone) which you can find at the end of the page ,then go to general then at the very end of the pAge you will find a option of deactivate click on it and account will be deactivated (if using pc) go to account settings then general then deactivate
