I want to add the guy i like as a close friend on facebook so i get his notifications everytime he does something (i swear im not a stalker) but i dont want to if it says i added him as a close friend :// does it?

No, don't worry, it never notifies you if someone adds you as a close friend, or vise versa.

No, they will not know or get notified if you add them to your "close friends" list.

No they will never know, unless you tell them. It's just a feature, so you will see their posts more often and more of their posts
