I want to change my twitter name, and not the @name, or the username, but the regular name you have in big bold letters above that. Is there any way that I can change that?
I tried going to edit profile, and there is nothing that says 'name bar' or no other option that I see to edit the name, just the username. (@name)

You can't do it off the mobile version. U have to actually log into a computer and do it there. Go to settings.

Easy
Step 1: Login to https://twitter.com
Step 2: Look in the upper right corner.
Step 3: Click the button in the upper right corner left of the "compose tweet" button.
Step 4: Then click the Edit Profile option.
Step 5: Click "name bar" to edit your name.
Step 6: Type new name.
Step 7: Scroll down and click "Save Changes"
Now you're done.
