I see their name when they liked my friends photo, but when I search them up I can't find them.

When they like your friends photo, click on they're profile. if it doesn't come up, they probably deleted they're account. if it does, click "follow" it should either say "following" or "requested". if it goes back to "follow" then they blocked you
