It is a group shot taken at a public beach. The people in the photo are part of a group so they all know each other to varying degrees.

Yes, as long as the people on the picture are okay that the picture is on facebook, if someone asks you to take it down, take it down.

If you want to post that photo yourself, then you"ll have to download it to your computer and post it again......
click on the photo >right click>save image>save it anywhere in your computer...!
or if you just want to see that photo in your my photos, then you will have to tag yourself (your name ) in the photo...!!
