I made a video in Windows Live Move Maker and now I want to send it to my friend via message, I just want her to see it, but I'm not able to. So how do you??? Thanks

Just go to the chat and press the cogwheel and "attach file" or perhaps it says "add files" and select the file.
However i dont know if they have any size limit. You could always make a free dropbox account, upload it there (under private, only accessable with direct link) and link it to her.
