I know the phone means they are online via their phone but what do the numbers mean, how long they have been online for, when they were last online or what? thanks
I didn't answer my own question if I am asking as i am not sure, does it mean how long they have been on for or how long ago they were on it thanks

I believe it reflects how long ago their last activity was via phone.

it means those people are connected to FB chat through their smart phones.
