My instagram says that my account has been disabled, so I went to make a new account and that's disabled too! and I can't log in to any account even with a different user name, email and password! I have tried deleting and re-downloading the app, but nothing has worked
please help!

delete all your cookies from the instagram website and delete all your flash cookies in the macromedia subfolders , everything with a .sol extension

Your configured IP address is stabilized into the app's server. Simply restart the iPhone and install the app in another Apple ID to have Instagram working again. You can create a free Apple ID within the phone/iPod itself.
