Facebook Log in Approvals - No Longer Have Phone? - Hay - 12-31-2013 01:44 AM
I have log in approvals on my Facebook so it sends a code to my phone whenever an unknown device logs in from somewhere. I moved house a few months ago and changed my phone because my sister was harassing me over the phone so i snapped the Sim in two and got a new phone. It was only until last week i decided to try go back on my Facebook only realizing about code notifications and what happened a few months back. I contacted Facebook about it and they want me to prove to them who i am with ID and such. My mum has my birth certificate and we dont talk because of family issues and im only 16 so I have no other form of ID
HELP Edit: I tried changing my password to see if it would help but instead it logged me out of my recognized devices. So i cant log in with a recognized device
