Someone hacked my instagram, and changed my password and my email, so i can't send the email reset password thing. What do i do? I NEED MY INSTAGRAM!

You can report it and prove it that it is in fact yours. They will give you back your password Smile

You write them an E-mail saying they hacked your account. They can track where the account was created (IP location) and from where did the passwords changed. You woudln't change your own passwords then ask back for them so yeah. So just write to tell them your account has been hacked and you want it back and they will ask you exactly what to do if they need more proof.
It could take a few days until you get an answer though

Contact instagram support, email them or go through their password recovery.

You Will Have to Contact the instagram Support Team For Help you Mite Need to Show Proof that you are the Account Owner to Get it Back
