I own this page and one of my admins deleted me and locked me from the page. How do I get it back?

so since they blocked me I have lost complete access to the page?

If they block you you can't go on the page until they unblock you....

Since They Deleted you you Have Lost Access to the Page the Only Way to Get Back in Would Be to have that Person Add you Back as a Admin or Report the Page As Stolen you Got to Becareful Who you Choose as a Admin Who Ever you Pick Can Have the Same Exact Control as you Do They Can Even Remove you
