for a personal account you cant...but with facebook page, there was a service where you was able to create page without name..but unfertunately, they removed this service last year.
but anyway..try this..got o your name setting and where you must type your new name type ALT+0160...im not sure this will work..if it doesnt, you unfortunately cant do it
