I see some people with the location on their photos Who have iPhones. But idk how to add geotags to my photos. Help? Thanks

Underneath where it says caption press geotag and it gives you names of places you are near.

Check Instagram's settings. When you are ready to upload a pic you should clearly see the option there. It also depends if you had geotagging available on the iPhone to begin with.
