Search In The Middle Top Search Bar, Enter The Name, If They Don't Show Up, Click View More Results At The Bottom, Hope I Helped!

use the search box to look up his name - if you cant find him, that means he has his account set up to not allow people to search for him, or you are over 18 and he is under 18

There should be an option that says find friends , then just type in there names , or look at the suggested ones ,
