it means you are important in his/her eyes. However, you should know that celebrities hire staff to control their twitter account or they use sites like hoosuite to monitor their social accounts easily.
So this may mean you were added by their staff or they were instructed by the celebrity to follow other twitters.
One more thing,if you have started following the celebrity first, this means that you were probably followed back using an automated tool. This is very common on 3rd party twitter apps.
