I made a few instagram accounts and now it won't let me create any more. I tried using my dads iPhone and my iPad but it always crashes! What do I do??

You probably created too many accounts per IP. You should go to a McDonalds or somewhere that has free WiFi and create another account. Be sure to clear your cookies and cache before doing so.
