I've seen all these public pages that post jokes and if you want to get their post you simply like the page instead of add them as freinds How do you set up a Facebook page for the public where they can only like it and not add you as a friend?

Got to http://www.facebook.com
and you will see the login page...(log out if you don't see it)
There will be an link called "Create Page", click on that link
Select what your page is about, Entertainment/Business/Community/Cause/Brand or Product ...etc
Chose a category...
Enter a name for your page......fill and select all those things and you can make a page that can be liked by anyone on Facebook...!!
The more likes you have, the more viewers you can have....!!
