I have a personal page NOT a Fan Page. I was told you can promote your posts on personal pages. For some reason I don't have a "Promote" link that shows under my status/post. Is it because I have less than 50 friends or is it my "Privacy Settings". I'm really frustrated about this ! Please Help !
