His threatening me that he will upload that video once I don't do what he say. How can i report this person once he uploaded this video?
How many days does the process once I report this?,
He is threatening ma again now,and I don't know what do to.

There's a report button on all videos on YouTube and Facebook. It will either look like a flag, or will simply be text saying "Report".
Select the option saying it has you in the video without your consent and it should be taken down. The person who uploaded it may have their account deleted too.

If you know the person threatening you report them to the police.

Of Course He Can Upload the Video if He Does Report The Video To Youtube and Facebook And if Its Life Threatning Call the Police

Yes he can upload video's, it's best that you report the video to facebook and to youtube. Also report it to the police.
