Like will they get a notification?
I accidentally requested a tag on one of my Facebook friend's picture. Then I deleted the request, and deleted that person as a friend.

Yes they will get to know the first time in their notifications as you have already done requested to be tagged. But when the person clicks on his notifications again he won;t be able to see it the next time.

If you Deleted the Request Than its Gone And Nobody Will Know
