So I got a twitter awhile ago but I'm just now starting to use it. I see these tweets with # then something following them. I know what they are, but I want to know more of them. Does anyone know where I can find more? I've looked on the trend pages and nothing is there. Help please!

It's tag, help for people to search or group the tweet in the same story.
example. many people tweet about flood.
If mister A talk about his home, if he just tweet "my home street X too"
Only his friend can read, but if he tag like "my home street X too #Flood"
People who didn't knew mister A but search something about Flood will found his tweet.
