Go to your activity log, find the picture, and select the "Hidden from timeline" option.
Then you should consider updating your privacy settings, under the Timeline and Tagging option.

That will be answered by someone else. But want to tell you a security tip. Go to Settings and allow posts only from friends and also, enable show your posts only to friends.
