I have two email ID which has two different facebook accounts. I want to delete one.

To Delete your Account Choose One Of these Options Choose Carefully
To Delete your Facebook Account and Possibly Come Back Later on Go to Account Settings Than Go to Security than Click on Deactivate
To Delete your Facebook With No Recovery Option Later on Go Here

Once you Click on Delete My Account Do Not Login For 14 Days and it will Be Deleted
