Nope. Facebook doesn't make that data public, so unless you had access to a specific person's web history, there's no way of knowing.

If you don't have many friends on Facebook and are not active on it often, then you can tell by looking at their main friends on their profile. If they have visited your profile a lot but not talked to you, then you should be one of their main friends.
