Yeah I know it sounds creepy lol but if I am not friends with someone but I went on their page and stalked it ( it wasn't private ) can they in any way tell that I was looking at their timeline and pictures and stuff??

As long as you're not friends with them, I believe they can't really see who looks at what. Normally, if you're friends with them, their top stalkers show up high on their chat and friends list as their "Favorites". Correct me if I'm wrong, but if they made it public I guess they want their profile stalked. Facebook doesn't give out that kind of information.

They can't impeach like or share or comment on a photo. Then. They might question. Other wise nope

As long as you aren't accidentally liking their photos or posts, then I think you are safe
