You cant delete your account permanently. You can just deactivate your account via changing the security setting under the account setting.

You Can Not Block your Facebook But you Can Delete it Permanently it Does not Take Effect Right Away Tho takes 14 Days For the Process to Complete if you Wish to Do This Go Here

Click on Delete my Account Once you Click on That
Do Not Login for 14 Days and it will Be Destroyed For Good
Please Note Once your Account is Destroyed you Will Not Be Able to Return Back to it Ever Again
